Larger of the condo's two bedroom suites, with a private en-suite full bath and California-style custom closet system.
Bedroom privacy
The bedroom door does not currently have a lock installed.
Access
First-floor condo with no stairs or elevator needed. Secure building entry uses a key fob and/or access codes.
Kitchen
Shared updated kitchen with granite counters, white appliances and breakfast bar. Designated cabinet and refrigerator space will be provided.
Laundry
Shared washer and dryer in the condo.
Utilities
Utilities and Wi-Fi are included in the $1,300 monthly rent.
Furnishings
Available furnished or unfurnished at the same monthly rent. Furnished option includes a queen bed, sofa, loveseat sleeper and TV.
Parking
Unassigned parking in the condo lot; no permit is currently required. Garage use is not included.
Lease
Minimum 3 months, with lease options up to 12 months.
Quiet hours
10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
Guests
Advance notice is required for guests. Exact notice period and frequency limits have not yet been finalized.
Kitchen use
Shared cookware and dishes are available. Designated cabinet and refrigerator space is provided.
Mail & packages
Mail is received through a P.O. box; packages may be delivered to the condo door.
Storage
No additional storage beyond the suite and closet.
Occupancy
Single occupancy is preferred. If more than one person would occupy the suite, Rental Desk will note that for review.
Pets
No ordinary pets. Assistance-animal accommodation requests are handled separately.
Smoking
No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
Building / move-in
No condo association move-in rules are currently established. Any separate condo move-in fee or deposit is still being confirmed.

First month's rent ($1,300) plus a $1,300 security deposit.

Available: October 1, 2026. The condo is ready for occupancy as soon as the application is approved and lease requirements are completed.

SCREENING GUIDELINES

Gross monthly income guideline is $3,900. There is no published minimum credit score, but the credit report is reviewed as part of the overall application. Prior failure-to-pay-rent filings and prior evictions do not meet the landlord's current criteria. Bankruptcy is considered case by case. References and renter's insurance are required.
